Saturday, September 19 was a day of joy for the people of Ijegun-Egba community as Rotary Club of Satellite Town, District 9110 commissioned new water borehole facility constructed by the club for the community.
The commissioning was carried out by the District Governor, Bola Oyebade who was on his official visit to the club, accompanied by some other district leaders. Also present were members of the club led by the club president, Olomu Jones.
The District Governor was first led on a courtesy visit to the palace of His Royal Majesty Oba Afeez Oriyomi Shittu (ADEYEMI 1), the Agbojojoye of Ibasa/Ijegun-Egba Kingdom who was well represented by his palace chiefs.
