The Rotary Week of Service for 2023-24 Rotary year was flagged-off earlier today by the District Governor, Rotary International, District 9110, Rtn. Ifeyinwa Ejezie alongside the Chairman, Rotary Week of Service Committee, Rtn. Olukayode Oladipo.
The flag-off ceremony was marked with an environmental sanitation exercise within the school premises of Immaculate Heart Comprehensive High School in Maryland, Ikeja, Lagos.
Joining the exercise were the Principal, Immaculate Heart Comprehensive Senior High School and the Principal, Immaculate Heart Comprehensive Senior High School which both share the school premises as well as some of the school pupils.
The District Governor Elect, Rotary International, District 9111, Rtn. Dr. Wole Kukoyi, and the District Governor Nominee, Rotary International, District 9111, Rtn. Henry Akinyele were present to witness the exercise.
Also present were district leaders, Presidents of partnering clubs, members of the committee, as well as other Rotarians.
