The District Governor, Rotary International, District 9110, Ifeyinwa Ejezie has made her first official visit to three Rotary Clubs in Abeokuta, Ogun state, Nigeria
As the District Governor overseeing all Rotary Clubs in Lagos and Ogun state, DG Ejezie has a duty to visit all the clubs within her one year tenure which lasts between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024
Having started her official visits to some clubs in Lagos state, it was the turn of clubs in Ogun State to receive her. Her journey to Abeokuta started with joint visit to two clubs who hosted her simultaneously
The two clubs, Rotary Club of Abeokuta Metropolitan led by the Rotarian Sanni Michael and Rotary Club of Rock City led by Rotarian Gbolagoke Adebiyi warmly received the District Governor on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 during which four new Rotarians were officially inducted by the District Governor.
While three were inducted into Rotary Club of Rock City, one was inducted into Rotary Club of Abeokuta Metropolitan.
In the same vein, Rotary Club of Oke Ona Egba led by the Club President, Rotarian Oyenekan Abiodun also received the District Governor on Wednesday, August 9 during which one new Rotarian was inducted.
Accompanying the District Governor on the visit to Ogun State were District Secretary Tayo Adelaja and District Treasurer, Alex Ajibo.
Assistant Governor Dayo Niyi Idowu, a member of Rotary Club of Abeokuta Metropolitan also had his birthday celebrated by the District Governor and other district leaders present.
