The District Governor, Rotary International, District 9110, Ifeyinwa Ejezie has inaugurated the district’s Sports and Fellowship Committee, a new initiative by DG Ejezie.
Leading the committee is the Immediate Past President of Rotary Club of Gbagada, Rotarian Alozie Nsirimobi
The District Governor while addressing members of the committee, stated that the essence of the committee is to bring Rotarians together and harness the sporting prowess of different clubs.
She revealed that the district will be hosting a sports festival titled ROSFEST where different sports will take place, adding that it will help to ease the hard work that goes into running Rotary clubs and help Rotarians unwind.
In his response, the committee Chairman stated that the committee had already hit the ground running towards hosting the sports festival in March 2024.
