Rotary Club of Anthony Metropolitan led by the Club President, Rtn. Bankole Erikitola has just granted financial empowerment to three petty traders in the community.
 
The club also has shown appreciation to individuals who has selflessly contributed to the cause of Rotary through the club.
 
 
The traders which consists of roadside pepper and onion sellers were carefully selected by he club having been verified to be of utmost need of the fund and a cheque of N20, 000 each was presented to the three women.
 
The DG who was on her official visit to the club in the company of the District Executive Secretary, PAG Tayo Adelaja congratulated the women while charging them to ensure the

The DG who was on her official visit to the club in the company of the District Executive Secretary, PAG Tayo Adelaja congratulated the women while charging them to ensure the fund serve the purpose they are meant for.
 
The beneficiaries on their part, were full of appreciation to the club for coming to their rescue especially at this hard time.
The club also appreciated individuals who have dedicated their time, talent and resources to support the club this Rotary year and over the years.
 
 
  
 
 
A posthumous award was presented to late Mr. Olumuyiwa Ajayi who believed in the cause of Rotary till death, having attended the club meetings several times as a guest speaker. 

He was posthumously appreciated by the club for his selfless support to the club in the 2023-24 Hope Rotary year and a cheque of N25,000.00 was presented to his wife who received the cheque alongside his day as part of the “We Care” activities by the club for the Rotary year.
 
 
 
An appreciation award was also presented to an ophthalmologist, a member of Rotary Club of Agege who usually leaves his office and makes himself available to support the club’s during medical outreaches by the club.
His appreciation plaque was received by his wife, Mrs Efosa.
 
The club also presented an appreciation award to AIICO Multishield Limited for their immense contribution towards the success of the Hope Rotary year.
 
The presentation ceremony was carried out by the club during the official visit of the District Governor, Rotary International, District 9110, Rtn. Ifeyinwa Ejezie to the club on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
