Rotary Club of Gbagada South has donated computers to Lanre Awolokun High School in Bariga, Lagos.
 
 
The club also renovated the toilet facility in Abule Ayo Primary School, Bariga giving it a new look. That is not all as the club also disbursed microcredit loan to indigent women in the community. All these projects were carried out during the official visit of the District Governor, Ifeyinwa Ejezie to the club on Thursday, July 13, 2023.
 
The Club President, Rotarian Ezekiel Balogun and some other members of the club led the District Governor and her team upon their arrival to Lanre Awolokun High School in Bariga were 20 computers were formally presented to the school for use of the students after which the Rotarians headed to Oduduwa High School, Bariga where tree planting activities were carried out by the club.
 
 
Also present with the club were Rotary International, District 9112 Governor Elect Femi Adenekan and Past Rotary International, District 9110 Governor, Dr. Wale Ogunbadejo who are also members of the club.
 
The Rotarians then proceeded to Abule Ayo Primary School, where the newly renovated toilet facility in the school was unveiled by the DG, alongside the club president and other members of the club.
 
 
Furthermore, microcredit loan were presented to four indigent women in the community during the club fellowship later in the day. While two of the women got N100, 000 each, the other two got N50, 000 each.
