Rotary Club of Ojodu led by the Hope President, Ijeoma Nwosu has reached out massively to Ojodu Abiodun Health Centre in Ojodu, Lagos state.
The club which had carried out some renovation works at the Centre donated medical items and consumables. That was not all, the Club also mounted a mental health awareness signage in the premises of the clinic.
Commissioning the signage and presenting the donated items to the clinic was District Governor Ifeyinwa Ejezie during her official visit to the club on Sunday, July 9, 2023.
She was accompanied on the visit by District Secretary, Rotarian Tayo Adelaja, District Treasurer, Rotarian Alex Ajibo, Chief of Staff, Rotarian Ezinne Obioha who is also a member of the club, and her Personal Assistant, PP (Dr.) Laurine Ubanozie.
Receiving the donated items was Nursing Officer in Charge Iyogun Abiodun Titilayo. To also enhance the environment around the health Centre, the Club also carried a tree-planting project.
Excited members of the community who were also present applauded the Club for the kind gesture.
Three new Rotarians were also inducted into the club by the District Governor during the club fellowship which held later that day.
