Rotary International, District 9110 in collaboration with the Lagos State Sports Commission has kicked-off Rotary Sports Festival (ROSFEST) 2024.
The first of its kind sports festival by Rotary International. District 9110 was flagged-off by the District Governor, Rtn. Ifeyinwa Ejezie with the official logo unveiled in October, 2023.
The long-awaited ROSFEST was kicked-off earlier today at the Rotary Centre in Ikeja, Lagos.
Present at the event was the Director General, Lagos State Sports Commission, Mr Gafar Oluwatoyin and his team.
District Governor Ejezie who formally kicked-off the contest with a scrabble game contest which she played against Mr Oluwatoyin.
Chess, Ayo, and Draught were also among the games that were keenly contested with during the kick-off.
The grand finale will hold at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in March
