The District Governor, Rotary International, District 9110, Ifeyinwa Ejezie has stated that integrity and accountability are two key attributes of Rotarians that stand the Rotary club out from other charity organizations.
She made this statement during a live interview at Lagos Traffic Radio 96.1FM Lunch Time Waka Programme on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 where she was featured along with the President, Rotary Club of Agege, Rotarian Bayo Oke.
The Rotary District Governor who revealed that the club is open to new members who are willing to give from their resources to indigent members of the society, stated that individuals willing to join will have to pass all requirements as the club needs to maintain its integrity and goodwill.
She further stated that in Rotary, accountability is key, adding that the rule of accountability applies to all members, no matter the status or position. “As Rotarians, we must be accountable for our actions at all times”, she said.
